Kevin graduated from the Central Institute of Technology in 1981. He worked as a Staff Therapist at Hutt Hospital eventually specialising in Hand Therapy.
Kevin has worked in private practice since 1984 specialising in Driving Assessment and vehicle modifications.
Kevin has completed numerous driving related courses and workshops over the years including completing the Driver Assessment and Training for Occupational Therapists at Sydney University.
Kevin is a keen supporter of the Hyundai A leagues Wellington Phoenix Football Club regularly attending home games. He is an enthusiastic if erratic miniature wargamer enjoying the miniature painting and modelling.
Lois has been with Kevin O’Leary since 1992. The friendly and patient voice that greets you on the phone and ensures your queries are answered belongs to Lois.
Lois has established the administrative frame work and technical systems that makes Kevin O’Leary & Associates a smooth running practise. She manages the email traffic, sets up the appointments and most importantly, keeps the chaos at bay.
Her knowledge of the driving assessment service including funding systems is extensive and she maintains relationships with all the stake holders, i.e. ACC Case Managers, NZTA and longstanding clients and their families.
Meiny qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1992 from the University of Pretoria in South Africa. Her experience in South Africa includes long term mental health, community, spinal and neuro rehab and Occupational Therapy roles in the vocational/insurance field.
With the travel bug in the family, Meiny and her family immigrated to NZ in 2007. In New Zealand she worked in post acute neuro rehab and under ACC social rehab and vocational rehab contract for private providers.
In 2012 Meiny joined Kevin O’Leary and consolidated her previous experience to become a specialist in driving assessments and training.
She completed the Driver Assessment and Training for OT through University of Sydney in November 2014.

Debbie has worked as an Occupational Therapist in the business since 2013.
She first qualified as an Occupational Therapist in 1984 and worked in the mental health field in a variety of roles involving inpatient, community and work rehabilitation. More recently she worked in physical medicine at Hutt Valley District Health Board and covered all inpatient areas.
In 2014 Debbie completed Driver Assessment and Training for Occupational Therapists at the University of Sydney.
In her "spare time" Debbie is a motor enthusiast (petrol head), enjoys driving for pleasure and has a penchant for American cars and motorbikes.
Holly graduated with a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from Otago Polytechnic in 2009. She worked at Burwood Hospital in the Orthopaedic Rehabilitation Unit for 18 months before meeting her husband and moving to Wellington. A few years and one gorgeous daughter later, Holly started working at Hutt Hospital on the rotational programme working in Community, Orthopaedics and Rehabilitation before joining the team at Kevin O'Leary & Associates.
Monique is the other cheery voice you will hear on the telephone. She has worked as an Office Assistant for Kevin O'Leary & Associates since 2013 and relieves as Office Manager when Lois is away.
She brings many skills from her past employment and uses the skills that she has learnt while managing the financial matters of her husband's business.
Joanna has worked as an Office Assistant for Kevin O'Leary & Associates since May 2016.
She brings with her many skills needed in our office from her various roles in Customer Services, Accounts and Administration.
